These terms govern use of the Ridgetech Dynamics Inc. website and inquiries made through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Website information

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Photos and descriptions illustrate Ridgetech services and parts but do not create a binding quote, warranty or service commitment.

Project and service inquiries

Submitting a form or speaking with Ridgetech does not create a service agreement. Project scope, scheduling, pricing, deposits, parts, warranty terms and completion expectations must be confirmed directly in writing before work begins.

Parts, fitment and ordering

Part availability, fitment, pricing, taxes, shipping charges and delivery timing must be confirmed before an order is accepted. Customers are responsible for providing accurate truck, engine, application and shipping information. The K269-261 bracket is intended for confirmed Kenworth applications with CAT 3406E or pre-ACERT C15 engines and is not intended for ACERT C15 applications.

Shipping and risk

Shipping terms, carrier, charges, delivery estimates, inspection requirements and responsibility for loss or damage will be confirmed when an order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, graphics, logo and original photography are owned by or licensed to Ridgetech Dynamics Inc. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify and Google Maps. Ridgetech is not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgetech is not liable for losses caused by reliance on general website information, temporary website unavailability or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Ridgetech may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
